Platform for managing courses, registrations and memberships

The client

A sports club with a large volume of annual registrations - around 1,000 - spread across several courses. Registrations, payments, medical certificates and memberships were handled through manual processes, with no dedicated system connecting all of these aspects.

The context

Managing courses and registrations required manual control of payments, expiring medical certificates and membership forms, as well as producing by hand the reporting required by the sports federations. There was no standalone system able to centralise these processes or to integrate reliably with an online payment gateway.

The objective

Digitise the entire registration cycle - from payment to membership - reducing the burden of manual checks and ensuring automatic control of deadlines and obligations.

The solution

We designed and built a web app dedicated to managing courses and registrations, with an advanced PayPal integration through a dedicated gateway for online payments. The system handles discount codes, seat availability and pre-registrations, and includes automatic notifications for expiring medical certificates and missing payments. Membership forms and receipts are managed digitally, and the reports required by the sports federations are generated automatically, with no manual reprocessing.
