The client

A fashion retail chain with multiple stores. Store staff had no centralised digital tool to check product availability in their own store and across the others, nor to handle warehouse requests in a structured way.

The context

Stock was checked through the POS system - a tool built for transactions, not for searching and selecting products. Sales staff had no quick view of the full catalogue or of availability in nearby stores, which limited assisted-selling opportunities and produced disorganised warehouse requests.

The objective

A simple, always up-to-date tool that needed no maintenance and was immediately usable by store staff.
