The client
A luxury brand with an international wholesale network. Collection orders, replenishments and seasonal content (lookbooks, catalogues, media) were handled through separate tools and fragmented processes, with heavy manual effort for both the internal team and the customers.
The context
The wholesale cycle required handling orders, collection media, capsules and special collaborations in parallel across different platforms and tools, with no single point of access. Seasonal catalogues were produced by hand. Customers had no autonomy in browsing and downloading materials. The company ERP was isolated from the other operational flows.
The objective
Centralise the entire wholesale cycle - from orders to content - in a single integrated platform, scalable over time and able to evolve with the business.

The solution
We designed and built a B2B platform integrated with the company ERP, built to cover the entire wholesale cycle. The system handles collection orders and replenishments, capsules and special collaborations, seasonal media (uploaded to Azure with bulk download of PDFs and images), lookbooks and automatic catalogue generation through predefined templates. The internal admin area allows full management of orders, media and collections. The platform has been in production since 2019 and evolves continuously alongside the brand’s needs.
